Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Trip360 app and this website. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. The app is also licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two differ, these terms add to it.

1. Drive safely, always

Never use your phone while driving. Trip360 records in the background, so you never need to touch it once a drive has started. Set it up before you set off, or let a passenger handle it.

• Always follow the law, the speed limit and the road conditions. Trip360 is not a reason to drive faster, further or differently.
• Leaderboards, territory and badges are a game about the drives you would make anyway. Never chase a rank or a hex in a way that is unsafe or illegal.
• Trip360 is not a navigation, safety or emergency device. Speeds, distances and other figures come from your phone’s sensors and can be wrong. Speed camera alerts may be missing, late or out of date; always watch the road and its signs.

2. Your account

You need an account for Ranks, the Play map, friends and clubs. Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. Your username is public: don’t pick one that is offensive, misleading or that impersonates someone else. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Fair play

Ranks and the Play map only work if every drive is real. Don’t fake or alter location data, record drives you did not make in a vehicle, use emulators or automation, exploit bugs, or interfere with the service or other drivers. We may remove drives, rankings, territory or rewards that look invalid, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Trip360 Pro

• Free week: every new account gets 7 days of Pro free. No payment details are needed, and the free week simply ends unless you buy Pro.
• Invites: a friend who signs up with your code gets 7 extra days of Pro (14 in all), and you get 7 days of Pro for each friend who joins. Each account can redeem one code. Rewards have no cash value, and we may change or end the invite programme or cancel rewards gained by abuse (for example self-invites or fake accounts).
• Subscriptions: Trip360 Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Prices and what Pro includes are shown in the app before you buy, and may change for future periods.

5. Your content

Your drives, usernames, vehicle details, club names and anything else you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them as needed to run Trip360, for example showing your username and totals on Ranks or your territory on the Play map. Reels and share cards you make are yours to post.

6. Our app

Trip360, its design, code, graphics and name belong to us and our licensors. Don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or its data, except where the law allows. Map data, fonts and other third-party content are used under their own licences and attributions.

7. Changes and availability

We keep improving Trip360, so features may change, and some may be added to or removed from Pro. We try to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we cannot promise that any data will never be lost; turn on Cloud backup and export your data if it matters to you.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Trip360 and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your App Store settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Trip360 is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for anything that happens on the road while you use the app, or for losses caused by inaccurate figures, alerts or maps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Trip360 after a change means you accept the new terms.
